I have to say, the atmosphere was actually the best part of this place. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to try the food because neither the bartender nor my server informed me that the kitchen was about to close. Right after my waitress brought my drink, she never asked if I wanted to order food. Instead, I watched her spend time chatting with other patrons while I waited. I usually stop by during the week to take advantage of their specials, and they are always a great value. The portions are generous for the price, especially by Chicago standards, and the food is consistently fresh every time I visit. The Wednesday wing special is definitely worth checking out and has become one of my favorites. What keeps me coming back is the combination of great food, good drinks, and excellent service.
