I went for the restaurant week menu on 5/3/2025. I was first seated outdoor. The first waiter was good. He greeted me after I sat down and took my order of drink. I asked him if I can change to a indoor seat because the sun was too bright. They gave me a small table against a wall outside of the main seating area. Service was friendly, but the food was below average. We sat outside--which if you knew better than me, you would recognize as a mistake, as Clark streets ambiance is made up mostly of car horns---and didn't order beer (admittedly, another mistake). My fries were way overdone, and covered in a mountain of salt. Somehow, my partner's fries were underdone. The Reuben was okay, but was soggy and lacked sauerkraut (mandatory). Decided to come here before a concert at Soldier Field based on reviews and gluten-free options. We left severely disappointed. The service was beyond slow. Our waitress was either rolling silverware or talking to someone at the bar. There were a couple of times we had to grab someone else to help us. The fried pickles are the only reason they are getting 2 stars. They were decent. When it came to the wings, my gf took a bite of a wing and the sauce had too much vinegar and it was chewy.
