Absolute wonderful experience, I was very nervous, but Scott was so kind and patient. He explained every step of the way so I never felt overwhelmed. He checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was still doing ok. I am beyond happy with my results!
I've been frequenting Firstdown Healthcare for about two years now and I'm always impressed.The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is always so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and upbeat. I can't say enough good things about this place and the amazing staff who work there! Scott is definitely the lip and Botox king! I highly recommend trying Firstdown Healthcare for all your cosmetic procedures as well as your skincare products. I promise you will not be disappointed...just DO IT!!
Very professional! I was nervous, but the staff was polite and friendly, and made things comfortable. I got cool-sculpting under my chin and I loved the results. I also had laser work done on my face, which I was really pleased with. I Would definitely recommend this office.
This place changed my life! Scott is very patient and educating when it comes to explaining their products and the benefits they can have toward your body. I mean who doesn’t want to feel and look better and smile about it everyday!!
