8-1-17 I called FD & was told cleanings were covered 100% under the Aetna Vital Savings. 8-2-17 I called FD & made same day appts. When I arrived, I was told it was not covered 100%. A receptionist printed out an Aetna fee schedule & gave it to me. The business manager, Paul, rudely snatched the fee schedule out of my hands. When I asked for it back, he said no and asked me to leave. Their customer service was awful!
