When we were needing to replace the heating and air conditioning for our business a asked for recommendations. First Degree in El Paso was recommended to me by a friend. we engaged First Degree and had the equipment replaced with all brand new, brand name heating and air conditioning. The experience has been disappointing. The equipment was installed in the late spring. The performance of the a/c over the summer was not what it should be. Summer has not started yet and being out without an AC is not great… I called First Degree Rene was great to work with very polite explained what was wrong with the unit. I asked him a question on why my sons room was the hottest room in the house he said don’t worry I’ll fix the problem the vents needed to be balanced Thank you Rene my son is a happy camper!!! Service was quick I will recommend and continue to give you my business.truly going about and beyond support local business
