It is hard to believe that there is still a business out there that over delivers on their promises. The quality of work, the fairness of price, and the integrity of the people at First Day Electric, is a Rare but Wonderful find in today's world. I'm practically looking for things to call them for. I have contemplated writing this review for awhile now since Jessi and I go way back. I have waited for a response from them for 3 months now with no reply. Ryan came to my home to diagnose an electrical issue back in February. He was to return the following week with another person to assist him. He has not returned. I have reached out to Jessi to no avail. I gave them my business because I thought I could trust them. Apparently I was wrong. I paid $400.00 for an undiagnosed issue and have a couple lights hung.
