1st data merchant services are incompetent, lying, two faced, good for nothing snakes. They will breach your contract and still hold you accountable for their lease. The sales rep I dealt with opened three accounts for my business instead of one, and it took her 3 months to close them. I still got billed for three consecutive months for accounts I didn't want.
