Fiserv screwed up my bank’s online bill pay and refused to cover the interest and penalties I was charged. After I had to close my checking account for fraudulent activity, Fiserv continued to draw my online bill payments from the closed account leading to late charges. I complained then Fiserv blocked my access to my own online bill pay which led to another late payment for my mortgage. Fiserv did not notify me. I found out through the vendors. This company is the worst company to do business with. They are ridiculous in they make it almost impossible to contact them. When you try and pay a bill if you have a PO BOXyou will not be able to make any kind of payment. I was on the phone with them for 4 hours off and on. The customer service is terrible.
