Absolutely so disturbing been banking here for years have both of my kids accounts opened up here. Both minors on account. One of their managers decides to be a complete Karen an won't let him deposit his check in the bank because he's a minor. I asked since when. She says it has always been there policy. I'm like we have banked here for years never had an issue with him depositing funds an getting cash back the same day. Banker says he needs a picture id I advise again he is a minor doesn't have one.
