Love my new bank. They were very helpful setting up my new accounts. Wish I would have found this bank 20 years ago. Instead of First premier in which they suck. I would never suggest anyone going to First premier. Come to First Dakota National Bank!!!!
Been a first Dakota customer for years. This is my first time coming to this location and they were INCREDIBLY helpful. Very nice and understanding when it comes to questions I have about banking stuff in general. Will continue to come see you guys!
This bank deserves ZERO stars. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. I was told they were a small town bank with all of the great qualities. Well, let me tell you, they have zero customer service skills. They will take zero initiative when it comes to solving problems. It took OVER 3 weeks for them to get me a debit card after they canceled mine due to fraud.
