Ms Grace is a great instructor, very thorough and patient I recommend First Crown health care.
Mrs Grace is an excellent instructor and well learned in areas of specialty. She’s friendly, teaches with passion and ensures all required key content in class is covered and well understood. I passed my QMA and insulin state certification exam on first try. She’s discipline, hardworking coupled with a great interpersonal relationship skills. I will recommend first crown healthcare always.
Grace Coley doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Half way through class she gave me and the other girl that was in class with me ( yes there was only 2 of us in class) our money back amd dropped thr class. was so unprofessional to say the least. She is the president and ceo so there is no chain of command to report her. Wouldn't let us take notes in class. She just read straight out of the book and she does speak with a strong foreign accent so it was hard to understand her most of the time. Definitely worst experience in furthe... read more
