Beautiful Townhomes and Condominiums in First Creek Subdivision. However, you don't get what you pay for, for the cost of the dues that you pay each month. We don't even have a Clubhouse, no Pool, or anything to enjoy things without leaving the Subdivision for miles and miles. The HOA tends to raise the dues every year without any improvements or additions to the community. Seemed ok driving through. Wouldn't want to live there though. Some places dirty and units rundown
