Aside from the outstanding service, which Walter offers all his customers, I'm sure, Walter really rescued us from making a horrible mistake: He was the first loan officer we talked to (and we shopped around) who challenged our personal and misguided belief that we were ineligible for a VA loan because we already had one. We were all set to go with another company and with a 5/5 ARM, until we met Walter. After he proved we were VA eligible--and even produced the COE--we switched, and let Walter have our business.
