I am truly amazed this place has 2 1/2 stars , because it's terrible . I don't know why they closed the location in the Kroger on Treaschwig , it was closer for me and the service was far better . The people at this location in Joe V.'s market are rude , to put it mildly . If I could give this place no star at all , I would . If the people there don't like their jobs , maybe they should find another one , jobs where they don't have to be nice or respectful to people . I'm trying to dispute a payment and I am on hold for an hour this is ridiculous.
I was at the Joe Vs filling up water bottles. The dollar acceptor was broken. So i went to the bank inside the store to get a dollar in quarters. The teller tells me I must have an account to exchange money. All Iwant is to give them a dollar bill and they give me 4 quarters. I dont know about yall, but if I'm trying to attract business,I'm not going to turn away such a simple request.
