You guys are only getting one star because of how broken and stupid your app is. It doesn’t work. New users can’t even log in, and there’s no fix without hours of phone trees. Your staff is great but I’m guessing the bottleneck is people that don’t understand people want access to modern things like their account online. Fire your webdev team and bring in anyone else please
This star is Raelynn because she is so nice, professional and friendly. That being said this bank is not family friendly. I have been banking here since 2009 and after what happened this month I will be looking for a new bank that cares. Free Checking is no longer available here and unfortunately I found out the hard way. Now I know why people are using online apps. Worst Bank in Georgetown TX! Not strong, not Proven and Very Unstable.
my dad has been banking here since the bank open .. and today this guy name Joshean was the rudest guy I ever spoken to .. first of all my dad is elderly now and he was trying to get his cash out his wallet to deposit his money when this Joshean guy said in a rude way im ready !! like rushing him , and gave him dirty looks ..last time we are coming here , even thinking about changing banks ..
