They're always helpful and respectful
Currently on hold woth the dispute department, I have no idea how I can start in queue for 55 minutes drop down to 15 minutes but then jump back up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. What kind of queue system places people before you in line???
This bag is the biggest pain in theA..! The zelle doesn't work they put all my money into a savings and I have to transfer out of the savings to my main account that the card is attached to I cannot send money to another bank nothing Works customer service doesn't help and especially on the phone the customer service they are the worst
Usually a Pleasant experience, but today went to cash a simple $150 check and the teller never said hello, have a nice day or any acknowledgment at all really. Just looked at me when I was next, I told her what I needed and she didn’t say a word just put the money down on counter. Someone def needs to give her a hug or something. Tried calling bank and using online chat but it lead to nowhere.
