Giving 2-stars because the tellers are good but the online hold times are terrible.
This is the worse bank I’ve ever had actually! Time to change!
This is hands down the work back I've ever had. I was walking into Walmart one day to cash a money order at the service department, when an employees saw me coming from a mile away with the money order, and said why don't just open a free checking account with us that way you'll have a local bank. She never discussed to me that they charge a $13 service fee every month unless you are able to set up direct deposit, swipe my debit card 12 times in a month. Very rude staff. This wasn't surprising, when the bank opened, as new employees can be difficult, so I gave them a chance, but after being told, as if I was a toddler, "congratulations on using the ATM," and that I should get used to it, since the atm is where I should be getting my cash, rather than bothering them for it, I am definitely going to bank elsewhere.
