Bad Math I am looking at the statement they gave me, my internet banking statement, and the phone balance... all three say I have $37.92 on my personal account. Yet, I just received $454.81 in over draft fees for four items totaling $22.39. So, my question..... does 37.92 - 22.39 = Overdraft in anyone's math? I have showed them everything they supplied me... They say it is inaccurate.....nevermind it is all their system! The same system they use when I make a deposit.... The same system on every computer at the counter..... ... read more
HELD UP They actually stole $5,250.00 from me and then had a brain explosion and are charging overdraft fees and isf. They shall meet my attorney.
Strange that convenience is part of their name. It's sad I can't rate lower than 1 star. I opened an account for the convenience of being able to deposit checks instead of mailing them into my regular bank. I thought this would save time. Instead, every check I deposit has a hold of some odd number of days. The latest has a hold of 7 business days. Add to this the clerk was rude and unhelpful. a positive note! My expirience has been Great with 1st convinience. I also live hand to mouth. I dont make a whole lot of money and often need help paying a light bill or buying groceries for my children. With that said I VERY OFTEN go into overdraft and I hate paying back all those fees. It quite often seem unfair. But let me tell you EVERY single time I have gone into the bank. Josh and his staff at the time absolutly help me. Even to the point of returning all of the overdraft fees and 2.50 daily fees. I understand people... read more
ledger balance i wish i would have listened to the people who advised me about this bank and their on going customer complaints. be advised, when calling the automated number to check your balance! the amount given over the phone is not your actual balance. i can't say enough how bad this bank is.
