Most rude, she turned off the phone on me after she get all my information. Costumer sevice is poor.

Customer service sucks no one answers the phones if ur money is stolen from ur acct they do nothing to help you
Lady went to this bank to cash her check they would not, she was in line by 5, the teller said sorry the man infront me was last Customer to take at 5 we need to close. She asked her can u please make an exception gotta cash pay my rent. She said Sorry so I asked can I please speak to manager she said she's the assistant and didn’t let her cash it, usually if you’re in line before they close they should still be able to get helped, I’m thinking of changing my bank because of this rudeness
