They suck awful customer service.
I used the number on the back of my temporary card to try to activate my temporary card. The phone number the banker gave me didn’t work. Always call the number on the back of the card to activate it.
Let me start by saying the young lady that ALWAYS says "Have a blessed day" and the other young lady Machell, the 1 Stars do NOT APPLY TO THEM! They in my book would get 5 stars each!!! However the 1 star DOES belong to the MANAGER OF THIS BRANCH! Long story short I came to the bank with my Wife and I knew that this was going to be a long process so I took an AVAILABLE seat!
