I OPENED A SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH A BRAND NEW TELLER YESTERDAY AND TODAY GO IN TO CLOSE ACCOUNT BECAUSE U WAS UNDER IMPRESSION I WOULD KEEP HISTORY BUT IT WAS BEW ACCOUNT......WELL THEY CHARGED ME $25 FOR CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 90 DAYS. SO ONE DAT OF BANKING AND THEY ROBBED ME OF $25

I have had this account for about a year. This bank just recently charged 4 NSF fees on my account. One of them I admit was my fault other three was not. Problem happened when they allowed an online bill pay for a DIRECTV payment of \$195 made on May 24th to debit first to my account. Caused my funds to go NSf by -\$70. Then they charged me \$34.99 for each debit (debits are normally directly deducted, credits are pended for about 2 or more days): \$43 for gas, \$1.72 for drive thru (hungry had no coins left), and a \$70 wit... read more
PLEASE DON'T GO! UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN WAIT, DON'T GO. I DON'T CARE IF THERE ARE 100 PEOPLE IN LINE OR JUST ONE, THERE'S ALWAYS A WAIT. I'VE NEVER GONE THERE AND BEEN IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
