as a former customer for over 10 yes the past two and half years this branch has deterated and began to be the worst. with the worst rudest snarky disrespectful employee I had the misfortune to deal with and corporate total silent response to many complaints show they approve allowed and promote employees who do. my account was transfer to a better customer friendly and service. then this bank became that once was good. sad it there lost of my and many accounts.
