Normally excellent service but Bill Pay service not functional and hasn't been since at least last Thursday. When I called today because no one returned my call I was told it is working but very slowing no ETA on when it will get fixed. The rep was not very friendly. If you depend on this service it creates a real kink when it doesn't function and especially for days on end.
