They just finished my apt building. They left it filthy and NEVER did a final check. The floor they put in last week is already buckled up. Bad attitudes.

I am an Architects Field representative, and have worked with First Contracting on two projects over the last 2 years. With this point of view in mind, First Contracting has never given me a reason to doubt their word or their work. Office staff, field personnel and Ownership alike are responsive and responsible. If you are about to enter a construction project, consider First Contracting.
Out of the few renovation projects I have seen I've noticed First Contracting holds a key quality in their work. Above and beyond when it comes to minor detail.
