things went well yesterday even with being a walk-in. Overall, it took about an hour to be seen and the actual process only takes about 5-10 minutes. Best advice, bring something to read or keep occupied.
I walked in here for a TSA pre-check today. I was lucky enough to get a spot. The wait has been lengthy, HOWEVER I've been sitting here listening to your staff. They are courteous and extremely helpful to any customer walking in to this facility. As someone who works in a service profession, I recognize when a great job is being done. A+
I used First Contact HR to complete my application for the TSA Pre-check and even though I did not have an appointment they were more than happy to help. The staff was warm and inviting and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to First Contact HR!
