had a horrible experience in the office with one of the Reps. she acted as if I was a problem bc I had questions about my account and when my 3 year old touched a fake pumpkin on her desk she SLAMMED her fist down and yelled " could you stop that" she's 3 hell I'm sorry she touched your fake decoration. I'd never recommend anyone ta place that deals with the public in that manner!!
