COMMUNICATION was superb. I felt like she was always available when I had questions. Her support in the process went above and beyond and I'm very thankful!
Everything was great with Reed!!! 5 stars for going above and beyond and having among the best customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could say the same for his support structure. The closer and middle-woman completely dropped the ball and delayed our closing by 2 days, not to mention turned what should have been a joyful time into an incredibly frustrating and infuriating disaster! He deserves good help.
