My husband and I are moving from California to El Paso so we have been shopping around for a lender to assist us with our home purchase. We had an appointment about 3 weeks ago, staff is friendly and knowledgeable the only complain I personally had was the office. It was so run down for a financial institution. The communication was amazing, Monica took time to talk to me to answer any questions, give advice, and consistently gave me updates. Being proactive and not having to chase down any information is huge, because I am juggling so much in my life, it just shows how much she cares and understands.
