We love this bank in spring branch they are very polite ..attentive and actually cater to bank customers needs and they have security alerts to let ya know if people trying to scam you so yes they takin care of me and my husband Lou..thanks to First Community. SPRING BRANCH OLE SCHOOL YOU Rock!
I went to used the ATM and found out the bank no longer was there. I wonder why this location closed. It was convenient cause the bank was across the street from my job.

I needed assistance with several transactions for the accounts of my two sons at the Bunker Hill location (inside HEB). I spoke with Michelle and she was really personable and patient in processing both CDs for me (at a good interest rate I might add). As one of the interfaces with the public for FCCU, I think the credit union is in good hands with public relations and very efficient and competent service with Michelle as their employee...
