I’ve been a member for the last 5 years and I’ve had wonderful experiences with most all staff! They have been kind and accommodating for all our needs. Although today I had a very negative experience with a teller at the desk after using the drive through. After I deposited a check I looked at the receipt they provided and they deposited it into the wrong persons account. I'm not a member and don't have business with your firm. I do want to point out that the sign on Willowbrook load is very bright at night and makes it difficult to drive by and particularly to find the driveway to the Central Christian Church. If you would please dim it for night time I think that would be an appropriate safety measure.
