Great service and support, they are very friendly and supportive during the whole process.
Too slow on the phone. I called needing a transfer to a different bank. The teller told me she couldn't do that and I would need a loan officer, but there weren't any. This is on a Tuesday between 11:30 and noon. There should be a loan officer working. Still waiting for a loan officer to give me a call back. Also, quite ridiculous to not be taking phone calls during drive thru only hours. If the teller can deal with the drive thru, the can answer the phone too.
