Very poor customer service. Tried to set up an auto pay to which processes take 30+ days because it was overlooked by "the back office" but "accidently" never set up twice. Cannot do anything by phone without paying their third-party that they contracted for their business needs. Admitted their mistake but have attempted to force the custom to pay their third-party for the mistake they made. Reported to NAFCU and hoping a delinquency is put against credit so I have the right to run this through a court over $15.00 and a lot ... read more
