Extremely disappointed after being a customer for 6 years. Applied for a mortgage loan. I received an email that the loan officer would call on Friday, no call. Another email Monday promising a call by the end of the day, no call. Tuesday I sent an email expressing my disappointment and now they email with excuses and finally call me after 5 days of waiting. We moved to Missouri a few years back and joined First Community since it was close and we could get debit cards immediately. We banked there for 4 years. I recently ended up filing for Bankruptcy. I own that and my mistakes with credit cards. After filing - First Community by company policy joyfully CLOSED every single account my name was on. Car loans - closed. Checking and Savings - closed.
