The staff is personable, helpful, and professional. I had to close an account and they closed it without asking any questions about the reasons why I was doing so. The only question that they asked me was "How would I like to receive my money? Would you like hundred dollar bills, fifty dollar bills, or twenty dollar bills?" Worst bank EVER! Do NOT use! I signed up for a checking account. Some lady from the bank emailed me to ask me why I hadn’t deposited money. I explained to her that I was planning on using this account to direct deposit my paychecks, and I TOLD HER WHEN THAT WOULD BE. She emailed me back like everything was all kosher with that. Then they canceled my account (with absolutely no warning or notification) 4 days before pay day. Which caused me to have to wait on a paper check (which I definitely didn’t deposit into this bank) th... read more
