I'm a business owner, and have both business accounts as well as a personal account with this bank for many years now, and I can honestly say that they have always been very accommodating and great to work with. I'm very happy dealing with this bank.
The staff at local branch are nice it’s just insane wait times either on chat support or call over hour dose matter when you call it’s always a very long wait time insane and inconvenient
Love the branch staff, but ever since First Community took over it’s been nothing but headaches. I miss Highlands Union!!
