This has got to be the most outdated bank I've ever done business with.. Management literally micro manages their customers accounts making the entire business banking experience very uncomfortable.. I read the reviews and went there because of friends suggesting I use this bank.. Now I'm at a dead end and looking to start over again some place else.. I'm not saying you shouldn't bank here.. I am a loyal First customer. I have done business with this bank for 20+ years. I have recommended my friends and family to them. Every branch I’ve ever used has been professional and polite but the Cottage Hill location and their management is top notch. First class service from first class employees. You can’t beat The First.
