Wonderful service. Best bank ever
I hate to be the one bad spot but it seems like every time I have a baking need there is a banking fail. I’m at Uhaul and their computers are up and down. I’m needing a manual Authorization on my card and my bank says they have no clue aka won’t do it. But every other bank is doing it while I’m in here. Why am I being treated like 2nd class? Why doesn’t FCB service it’s customers? I’m tired of my card not working too on the weekends and nights. The people at the counter are great and keep us there.
