It took over an hour for movie tickets, deposit, and start a youth account. I feel like she was doing this on purpose. I watched this lady check 3 different drawers and not pull nothing out. This whole process was extremely weird.
Co-signer on an auto loan at First Community: They have lost my ID (no longer in their system), put the incorrect middle initial on my membership card and refuse to fix it (on the card or in their system) until they speak with their, "lawyer department," and they still request the account number OR your whole SSN when you call in despite the recent data breach. Good Service good Bank
I usually have nothing but positive things to say about 1st community but the manager at this branch located incompetent of his job. I went in to pay off one of my vehicles and when I requested my title he stated that they did hold titles. He never looked at my account to confirm. he just had a very snooty attitude so instead of arguing I went to an actual branch. They confirmed that they had it and sent it to my home. Don't trust the people at this branch.
