I would not recommend in business with these people. They were great up until the day. They did a merger. They are very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and honestly an poor excuse for a bank. I’m very very disappointed. @leelyons is the reason for my departure in the VERY near future.
I’ve had a bank account with FC bank for a long time and they always go above and beyond, everyone is very personable and caring. I had a situation that needed taken care of asap and when I walked in they were immediately ready to help and get me back on my way. Everytime I go inside they are always so welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with this bank!

I have been with the branch for couple years and from the day one I always have the best banking experience with Andrea and the staff. Everyone is very friendly at this branch. Andrea is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to everyone to use banking services here. Excellent customer service! Thank you to Andrea and all staff!
