We've been with them for almost 20 years and we're starting to think we need to find a new place to do our banking. Whoever is in charge has been making a lot of bad decisions in the past couple years. Problem 1 the new ATMs are garbage. The big bright lights on the sides blind you and at night the black hole where you get your money from is odd and the biggest thing I hate and why I will no longer use the machine is the screen. I had a random $36 service charge from my savings account, I asked questions the day I opened an account and I was only told about the $2 service charge on the checking account. I will be calling in tomorrow to get my money back that you guys took from me and I will be closing my account since your customer care is terrible
