I'm going to number these HUGE MISTAKES and tell me at the end if you feel safe with your money at this bank? Fill free to fact check this! This is all this branch! (1)... I had a joint act. I closed the joint act. And opened up an act with just my name on it! This branch took the money and deposited in the joint act they just closed? Very rude service!!! CS (ALEXIS) Calls up my elderly mother like a collection agency. Then just randomly as you attempt to talk to her she will put you on hold w/out saying a word to you!!! Want answer any questions for you about (HER) mathematics on (HER) conclusion of funds to and from!!! This CS REP has made so many mistakes w/bank accounts its impossible to fill safe about your money there!!! This is simply the most Inferior branch office!!!
