Horrible customer service. We will never use this bank again. A payment was lost in the mail over the Holidays. We have never been late and over paid our payments every month. We were contacted after the fact. My husband has a perfect credit score that now will show a late payment. We had made two payments after the “late payment” and they refused to remedy the situation. They only contacted us after we made the two payments . No phone calls, no emails and no mail correspondence. This bank is not interested in their customer... read more

I closed the joint act. And opened up an act with just my name on it! This branch took the money and deposited in the joint act they just closed?
