Won't let my 72 year old mother purchase an air conditioner when it's 90F in her house because it, "looks like a suspicious purchase," because my mother doesn't regularly buy air conditioning units, or something, now she is crying and keeps saying she feels like a failure, and First Commercial Bank doesn't have any customer support on the weekend.
