Our bank was bought out by this company and they closed my debit card even though it didn't expire for another month and waited two weeks to issue a new card. I was locked out of my software subscriptions and unable to perform basic work duties because my bank decided to wait two weeks to send me a new form of payment..
I wish all companies could be like this so personable, welcoming and makes you feel valued. I have my checking and savings with them. I am never ready with the deposit information but they know me and will have it ready to deposit. The front line of the company is fantastic a huge shoutout to Carolyn, Jill and Zach thank you!
