Unorganized from online software to human representatives. The banking app does not calculate your finances correctly therefore you have to keep track of what you spend or else your account will be in the negative and you will become accountable. Recently I had fraudulent transactions on my account which I disputed over the phone with a rep. She said she would issue out the new card and review the dispute, she blatantly lied. I’ve never been anything but pleased with my dealings with First Commerce. I always go inside and everyone is friendly and helpful. I can’t speak as to the drive thur, but I would expect it is the same.
I finance a used truck through this bank, a month before my husband died with gastric stomach cancer, had to return the truck because I couldn’t afford to pay for the truck they put in the credit bureau, left me owing 42 thousand dollars they sold the truck for 34 thousand , left me owing them 9 thousand dollars , I tried calling them several times to work out arrangement to try to pay them, no response, I am 71 years old and retired and disable, now I am not asking for pity, that won’t bring my husband back, but where is th... read more
