I went to the drive thru at the Adel, GA location and encountered the most unprofessional, rude, and childlike tellers. The drive thru teller said my wait would be more than 10 mins and I could go to the ATM or inside. I expressed my disappointment with the customer service on the inside of the branch and she condescendingly asked “why do you bank here then?” As the teller proceeded to interrogated me, she became very combative.
