hello , I would not want to write this , but i have to for other people that want to deals with this FIRST COMMERCIAL Realy. This is the company that they dont want to pay for your AIR Condition Unit , even when you signed the contract and they responsible for it. And when you call them , all they give you is a run around and you on your own. They lock you out if you late your payment even for couple days. they will call you and harrass you, even at your bussiness . they did lock out couple tenants for latepayments or whatev... read more
I leased a building from First Commercial Realty about 2 years ago and I have got to say ... I am impressed! If I ever need anything they have been there for me. Any maintenance issues that come up they are on top of it from day one. I have been treated very kind and fair and that to me goes a long ways! I am proud to say I am one of First Commercial Realtys tenants. :-)
I wouldnt rent a doghouse from this company. They are predatory backstabbers and will screw you if they get the opportunity.
Do not rent , lease with this Company , customer service is awfull , they will cheat you anytime they can, All they want is your money , they want you to pay for what ever happen to your space,That why i stop doing business with them. People pickup the Phone is RUDEEEEE. THis is why the Shopping center in front of HWY 121 is still empty , nobody want to rent or lease it after almost 10 years built it.
