Lisa was really great! She listened to where I needed support and went straight to these areas of my body for deep work. She resolved a lot of the pain I had in one of my shoulders and overall helped me release a lot of tension that was trapped in my upper back and neck. She really knows the body very well and is really good at was she does! Her touch was firm yet loving at the same time. I felt rejuvenated and I’m looking forward to returning for another session! Thanks to massages from Lisa I no longer have to live with chronic pain! Before visiting FCHM I had many issues from a car accident that caused my femur to push through and shatter my pelvis on the right side.
