Patty the property manager had my car towed because I ate dinner at the place next door before my booked online appointment to reserve a storage unit from their website. Here's the kicker – the lot only has signs saying "Patron Parking Only", which obviously led me to believe it was for any patron of the plaza, not specifically off-limits or assigned to any one business. "I recently used first colony storage Sugarland for a few months to store some furniture during a move, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Patty the facility manager was amazing helpful kind and positive. The facility was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible with wide aisles for maneuvering large items.
