they do not announce who they are they are very rude I have called 5 times and one day just to figure out who they are and they talk over you the whole entire time
Was sent falsified letter of debt by this company, will be following up with my legitimate gas company and the BBB.
I had to give a star in order to be able to post. I got a call today and the rep was extremely rude!! She told me she knows I "work at ___ so she knows I can afford to make a payment." She told me I "should consider sacrificing a phone payment in order to make a payment." This is the most disgusting business I've ever been in contact with!! You would think they are teenage kids being bullies and getting paid to do so. Debts need to be paid but this is not necessary. Shame! Making collections for any business without due diligence and not even signing collection letters. They appear to treat employees terribly from the employee's reviews, and employees are very rude. This company behaves without scruples and goes after folks via fraudulent claims from businesses (YP online Yellow Pages, with which we have record of CLOSED account and $0 balance!).
They don't seem to care about people, just the money. My Mom received a letter from them today, saying she owes $335.80. My Mom is old (she's 77), and, she's on a fixed income (Social Security). Sadly, most people today only seem to care about money; they think "Forget the people, forget their feelings; just give me the money." Compassion is a foreign word with a lot of companies, and this is one of them.
