The most unprofessional practice I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Every single document for an initial patient had numerous misspellings and errors throughout. Looks like they were written by a 3rd grader. I brought to their attention and they told me I needed to sign anyway, even the documents that clearly stated "optional," and that they couldn't fix their own errors and I just needed to sign. When I declined, I kept my paperwork, as I am not being seen and the front desk demanded I hand them back the paperwork... read more
Dr Farha handled a bad appendectomy case for me and did a good job. The whole staff was very helpful and exceptional with follow-up visits.
Great.! Doctor Rizk did my surgery very well. I would definitely recommend him. The only improvement I would recommend is they work on making sure the patient feels as comfortable as possible while surgery heals.
Dr. Rizk was my Surgeon and he did a outstanding job on my Colectomy in which I did not have to get a colostomy bag. Everything went exceptionally well and the office staff Ms. Elaine and Ms. Theresa made the process so easy and they were very compassionate and Dr. Rizk and his staff heard my concerns and took great care of me. I would recommend First Coast Surgical Associates to anymore that needs Colon & Rectal Surgery.
