I purchased a ** Signature dishwasher in April, 2022. When delivered and installed, the door made a very loud clunking noise when closing door. This model calls for a custom front and I was told the problem would fix itself once custom front was in place. It took a while for custom front to be made and installed and it did not fix the problem. Liars and Crooks! Horrible Customer Service! The people at First Coast Supply are liars and thieves. I had to get more panels that matched my existing kitchen cabinet, so a friend of mine took me to First Coast Supply. One of their employees named Corey came to my home and took one of my existing panels to match the style and color. I needed 12 more panels like that and received an estimate of $24,000 (about $2000 a panel) from them! I thought that was ridiculous. I could redo my whole kitchen brand new for less than that. Safety check their installation. Brand new house where First Coast Supply installed the appliances. One week after we moved in I noticed the 100 lb over the stove microwave “didn’t look right.” I took the microwave down and found it secured to the wall with 3 one inch drywall screws; not one in a stud! I looked through the drawers and found the real Samsung mounting bolts in a sealed bag. This is unconscionable and could have killed one of my grandchildren who are always here. I did apologized to the homeowner and told him I was very sorry my tech did not follow correct procedure while installing the microwave . I also informed the homeowner that the tech that did the install was no longer with our company so I could not ask him about the install. We train our people to do things correctly but unfortunately in this case it seems that didn't happen.
