this Medicare contractor is the world's worst. I have been trying multiple times to contact them without success. It's a war of attrition with this outfit as they hope you will eventually give up in frustration over their repeated incompetence and ignorance.

complete incompetence - a "do nothing" organization for the patient. They REFUSE to speak to the patient, and say they can only talk to the doctor. All information required had been sent in and approved by C2C, yet another Medicare private sub-contractor, but is now stalled permanently at First Coast Options. As much as I dislike Elon Musk and his so-called "DOGE" organization, I am now a victim of the waste and inefficiency that he refers to. This has been in limbo for over 9 months. UNACCEPTABLE.
