Owners name is Tony. Unfortunately, my review is very similar. The relationship started out on a very high note but once we got halfway into the job, it began to seriously sour. It took 9 months to complete our pool (finished in Aug of 22) which was 5 months longer than they communicated to us when we signed the contract. Communication was poor throughout, constantly felt like we were bothering him. As soon as Tony gets all his checks he will never answer a call or text again. He finished by pool in September of 2022 (9 months later than what he originally said). 1 month after completion I noticed some settling issues with my Travertine and alerted Tony. he replied to the first text stating he would have crew come fix. That is the last I have heard from Tony. We are now in August of 2023, still having settling issues and his partner Eric now says they aren't partners anymore!
